1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all sales, services, and transactions with Acre 101 LLC (“Acre 101,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing products or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Products & Services
Acre 101 LLC supplies fasteners, hardware, tools, industrial supplies, and related products through:

Mobile route service

In-person sales
-
Online orders
-
Direct business invoicing
3. Orders & Pricing
All prices are in U.S. Dollars and subject to change without notice. Orders may be refused or canceled due to pricing errors, availability, credit issues, or suspected fraud.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due at time of sale unless credit terms are approved in writing.
Approved credit accounts must pay invoices according to agreed terms (e.g., Net 15 or Net 30).
Late balances may incur:

Interest at 1.5% per month (18% annually) or the maximum allowed under Texas law

Suspension of deliveries

Collection costs and attorney fees
5. Returns
Returns require prior approval.
Eligible returns:

Defective merchandise

Incorrectly shipped items

Special orders

Custom-labeled items

Opened consumables
Approved returns may be subject to restocking fees.
6. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss transfers to Customer upon delivery or pickup.
7. Warranty Disclaimer
Products may carry manufacturer warranties. Acre 101 LLC does not provide additional warranties beyond those offered by manufacturers.
ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
8. Limitation of Liability
Acre 101 LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption.
Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Venue shall be Harris County, Texas.
